This Protocol serves as a series of activities to set the body's physiology up for wakefulness
1- Gradually light the room for 15 mins before getting out of bed
then
2- Open the eyes wide to the light in the room
then
3- Get out of bed and perform preferred mobility drill
then
4- Perform body clapping beginning from the ankles to the shoulder and arms
then
5- Jump into shower with warm/cool contrast (1 min on each for total of 6 mins, ending on cool)
then
6- Drink 8 fl oz of water with a pinch of sea salt
