If you enjoy gardening, or being outdoors in general, perhaps these activities would be of interest. They are geared towards your body as a whole as opposed to a specific body part. The idea is to engage and recognize if you feel calm. parasympathetic dominant.

Try having your bare hands on the grass and soil. Perhaps no shoes, feel the coldness or warmth of the soil, depending on which part of the world you are in. For a moment or 2, focus on whether or not the grass has a scent you recognize.

Check on the garden, tend to the garden with some weeding, plant some flowers, be mindful during this process- what does the dirt feel and smell like, are you barefoot, what does it feel like in your toes, are you aware of the color of the skies, what do the birds sound like in these moments.
