1.) What is Mindfulness?
Act of focusing on the task at hand.
Benefits: decreases stress and increases parasympathetic system

2.)Task:
Leisure Walk
Benefits: promotes blood flow back to the heart. Stimulates cognition, cathartic and down regulates nervous system.

3)How?
By focusing on your breath. Take big deep slow breaths through out your walk. Anything time you notice your thoughts starting come back to your breath.

The benefits of Walking outside for 10 minutes in the mornings is that is supports your circadian rhythm. 10 minutes of morning of sunlight equals 4-6 hours of PM light.
