This workout is designed to provide a break for the athlete from the grind of their regular lifting days and essentially throw a curve ball at them creating challenges by combining deadlift/shifts, odd position under load and agile strength. The circuit will flow from dead weight, extended odd position holds to agile movements challenging the ability to harness and work with momentum. The circuit can utilize lighter loads for upwards of 60 seconds or heavier loads for times of 15 to 20 seconds. This specific workout plan will combine movement based strength work with longer duration sets for the additional stimulus of strength endurance as there can be an overload of anaerobic work within the regular lifting days.

This is circuit utilizes relatively lighter loads for 45 seconds on and 15 seconds. Quickly transition from one exercise to the next. Complete 2 rounds of the 9 exercises.
Athletes may take an additional minute at the end of each round.
