Designed for a person who is prepping for either a cardio based walk/run who experiences knee instability/pain in that particular work out. This person has little time in the am since her walks begin at 5:00 am. The choices are designed to be efficient but target the knees without using a lot of equipment or having to transition from floor to ground.
