Hi Boys,
Here are 5 exercises I would like you both to try and do at least 1-2x a week. Complete 10 repititions of each exercise & repeat 2 rounds. They can be done anywhere! Click the arrow button on the far right hand side beside "REPS" to see a video clip that shows you how to complete each exercise.
Please feel free to do these every day, or pick 1 or 2 that feel the best for you and do them before bed or in the morning! Try and make it a habit :).
I've picked exercises that target opening up the hips, Thoracic(mid) spine & hamstrings as that is where you both seem to be tightest. Let me know if anywhere else feels particularly tight or sore after our sessions and I am happy to give you some more drills.
