In this session, the goal is to sustain a a low intensity walk for up to 20 minutes. The speed should be slow and you should only be able to slightly feel some difficulty breathing (1 on the Dyspnea scale)
If you cannot achieve 20 minutes, mark your time and slowly build your endurance over the coming weeks to make 20 minutes a goal. By the end of the month we will increase to 25 minutes.
