In the morning, spend 15 minutes walking barefoot outside. Alternate between walking (or just standing) barefoot on the grass and walking on a rock mat / cobble stones, etc. We are accomplishing a couple of things here. 1) Barefoot contact (earthing) is an easy and awesome recovery technique. 2) Walking on the rock mat will stimulate mechanoreceptors on the bottom of your feet facilitating stabilization in the foot / ankle complex as well as adding in knee stabilization.
