Breathing with Restorative Poses- ^ Parasympathetic Tone
Horizontal Loading
There are 3 drills in the block designed to increase PS tone to the body to allow for more relaxation and down regulation of the sympathetic NS. This will allow us to make more positive changes in the recovery program. There is one drill for the ankle, one drill for the hip and one drill for the TSpine. Each drill is performed one at a time with an emphasis on taking deep breaths within specific postures.
