This workout was designed to challenge the core in multiple plans of motion, with the goal of building core endurance for life's unique activities. A common complaint I hear from clients is that they injury themselves lifting things in and out of their vehicles, so I had that common rotational demand in mind while creating a workout to prepare for that type of stress.
