4Q Total Body Warm Up for the athletes heading into Day 6 of their weekly training.  Goal of this warm up is to prepare the systems for total body balance, flexibility, and coordination in all four planes of motion.  These 7 exercises wake up the mind and body in a fluid sequence to allow for a successful 4Q Structured Active Recovery Day for the athletes (fit with no injuries) craving a 45 minute lighter load workout (15min Warm Up prior to a 30 minute muscular endurance/ balance / agility session).

A sneaky yet fluid 7 Exercise Full Body Multiplanar Warm-Up to open up and release stress tension on the shoulder complex, LPHC, and lower body. Dynamic movements to keep the Type A athletes mentally and physically stimulated for a solid 15 minute warm up.
