Chest & Glutes/Hamstrings muscular endurance session developed for a distance runner client of mine. He works as a software engineer for Google and we typically train in the evenings, so there is need for sufficient warm-up after long hours at the desk. He trains at home with minimal equipment during quarantine. The strength block of this session is a bit shorter, but he is nearing a 50 mile race and we are thus limiting total time and workload spent on his strength work so as to manage total training stress.
