I decided to put together what I do on my recovery days. I would encourage all my clients to give it a try as this routine restores and brings me joy!

Recovery Blocks

GAR/ GPR Morning routine
Horizontal Loading

This morning routine will really set the mood for your entire day. It's a time for reflection, mindfulness and to prepare your mind and body for the day ahead. It's a great way to take care of yourself before taking care of others or interaction with others.

LPR/ LAR Afternoon
Horizontal Loading

During the afternoon go to your back yard if you have one or on a walk to a park and take a moment to take your shoes off and ground into the earth. Follow that up with an assisted active isolated stretch session with your trainer.

Earthing
Go for a walk to the park/in nature and stand barefoot in the grass for a few minutes. If you have grass or dirt outside of your house, that works as well!

LAR
Assisted active isolated stretching
Have your trainer perform assisted active isolated stretches on you.

1 50 minutes h:m:s

GAR/GPR Evening
Horizontal Loading

To end the day we will have fun and laugh. This will restore your soul :) Paint or do some kind of art, you can even cook. Blast your favorite music, sing and dance. End the day with a comedy special or podcast.

Put on a playlist and paint or do some art while dancing to your favorite music!! Have fun :)

Watch a comedy movie, stand up or go to a show. Laughter has amazing recovery benefits!
