Full-body movement-based workout designed to increase muscular endurance, and enhance your ability to move with ease in multiple planes of motion. You will work through one circuit of seven exercises, moving from one exercise to the next with little rest between exercises. Loads will be either body weight alone, or external (dumbbells or resistance bands). Reps on exercises will range from 8-15 reps. Movement-based sessions like this will increase your body's resilience so you can accommodate loads in odd postures, and remain injury-free.
