Stay "present" and mindful. Choose an On Demand version which can be 30min in length or join a group class for social connection, which is 60min.
Determine what feels most suitable for your comfort level, confidence and experience.

Use the weighted belly breathing during the last 5 min of the guided Centergy session.

60min session. Whole body integrated Yoga, pilates, fundamental movement session synergized with a musical influence to promote inspiration, enjoyment and connection with the mind and body aka "mindfulness". A fantastic psychological stress reliever in addition to improving activation, mobility and whole body wellness. Group Centergy is a "practice" that gets better with time. Use this Group Centergy experience with recovery in mind. Move with idea that self kindness and "preservation" trumps the ideology of getting a workout, "feeling the burn" or stretching into discomfort.
