Sundays will include low intensity movement revolving around Tai Chi as structured recovery and low intensity interval training in the form of household chores. These would be done anyway, but integrating them into the program helps understand the bigger of movement.

Household chores such as laundry, cleaning & tidying around the house, vacuuming/mopping, etc. typically done Sunday morning before Tai Chi
Active Chores
You're going to do chores around the house, garden, garage or yard. But the goal is to dedicate 4 hours to getting your chores. It could be fixing things, re-organizing, cleaning, gardening, etc. To last for 4 hours, make sure to give your self a 10min break every 30-60min. During that break, you can hydrate, eat or perform a stretch.
