In the morning, spend 15 minutes barefoot contact with the earth. You can do this while seated on the ground or standing or walking. Relax and enjoy nature as well.

4:7:8 Parasympathetic Breathing
1 Cycle of Breath = Inhale for 4 Seconds Hold Breath for 7 Seconds Exhale for 8 Seconds. Repeat for a specific amount of breaths or for a time period. Be sure to find a comfortable posture to relax in.

The TV ELDOA is a descending posture. The knees are bent and the arms are not engaged in creating myo-fascial tension. By staying in the posture longer than the 60 seconds normally used for ELDOA postures, you allowing the release of gravity to ameliorate spinal tension and discomfort.
