Warm-Up Blocks

Low Intensity Running Intervals
Horizontal Loading

Run 60 minutes just above and below your first ventilatory threshold, as determined by the talk test. The talk test identifies the the highest intensity at which you can run and carry on a conversation, with some difficulty, but without increasingly running out of breath over time. Your intervals will simply be run just above and below this intensity.
