The Dipsea trail is one of the more challenging trails in the Bay Area located in Mill Valley. The reason I categorized this as LMT is because the hike can take about 6 hours, goes over rough terrain, and you'll need to carry a pack with plenty of water, food, and first aid kit, sunscreen, layers, and maybe even a towel if you hop into the ocean at Stinson Beach! There are aspects of the trail that require some agile crawling of sorts that put you in the transverse plane, making it loaded movement.
