This session is part of my DWU as an example of part of my thought process when going through a session. I'll usually start with Fluid Dynamics followed up by some 4Q mobility depending on what quadrant is needed or I may give a balance of all 4. Then, I'll go into some movement skill; primarily working on gait, and through progressions will introduce 4Q variability. After hitting those 4, I'll go into some plyometric work relevant towards the goal of that session and program, and then I can get into Neurological Adaptation. That will be the focus of today looking at agility work in the 4Q.
