Included are exercises that are beneficial to many clients, user friendly in home setting, and coachable over Zoom.
This isn't intended as a formal "workout", though if you repeated the working block 2-3 times, or added a bit of load where appropriate, it could be!

Warm-Up Blocks

Horizontal Loading

These "rub and scrubs" are manual versions of Osteo-fascial release/friction techniques.
The bridge version is activate the posterior hip and mobilize the anterior hip.
The 2 "hip decouplers" do the same for the medial hip musculature.
The corner drill is an old fave I'd forgotten about but but find very valuable.

Workout Blocks

Working Block
Horizontal Loading

There is an obvious bias on the medial hip/groin...most clients (presuming an exercise is appropriate for them) may need to be progressed into the full series gradually over a few sessions or weeks.

ULT
Half Kneeling 3 Point Get Up
Set Reps
1 10

meant to be a "dead" start, so have a cushion under the landing knee/come down gently and reset before doing the get up

UMT
Transverse Lunge Touchdown
Set Reps
1 10

SSR lunge w/2 hand reach to floor

UMT
G2S: uni hand bridge w/Same Side leg rotational step thru
Set Reps
1 10

prepping client with a few uni hand bridges may be smart coaching progression. Some may learn better starting top down.

LMT
DB Transverse Lunge Shoulder Carry
Set Reps
1 10

could be done with any version of load kept on shlders/@chin. even a prisoner pose will create spinal extension ot get more adductor load than flexed versions
