This is a 7 day program based upon information provided in your email dated May 25, 2022. Day 1 is MONDAY and Day 7 is SUNDAY. Day 1 is a possible hike and an Upper Body strength gym day. Day 2 and 3 are walking days. Day 4 (Thursday) is the Total Body Conditioning class at Lake Shore. Day 5 and 7 are REST days and Day 6 is a lower body strength blast performed at the Gym. The strength days are at least 48 hours apart to assure proper muscle recovery. There is a dedicated upper body day, lower body day and total body day.
