7 Day Successful Aging Program (jc)

This program is designed for the older adult or client that is new to Power training with limited training experience. It is a progression from a fundamental strength program and will piggy back exercises learned in the previous month(s) It will introduce implications of acceleration and deceleration power safely. Using this style of training helps the individual with tissue tolerance, reaction time, fall prevention, movement competence, confidence and efficiency.

In addition recovery days are programmed to augment the mechanical stress and promote more mobility.
