This is a 7 Day Strength Program designed for a client who is looking to gain Strength, Muscle, and Core Power.
Days 1-2 are Upper/Lower Splits. (Day 1 lower body (Compound LB Focused), Day 2 Upper Body (Compound UB Focused))
Day 3 is for Balance and Core.
Day 4 is a Rest day.
Day 5 is a Leg Day.
Day 6 is an Upper body again with an emphasis on Chest.
Day 7 is a Regen/Recovery Session
