In your second program, we will focus on many different sub-themes of Strength.
We are covering almost every strength type in a small dosage so you are feeling like you are getting back to it.
Feel free to split sessions in half, remove/add things, modify etc.
I think you are going to like it. I am hoping for doing each session at least 2x this month, 3x would be perfect.
