The following Exercise Program covers the first 4 weeks of the 8 week Metabolic Age Challenge (MAC). It includes;
– Movement Training Program for Functional Strength, Mobility, Fitness & Connective Tissue Resilience.
– Strength Training Program to build Lean Muscle Mass.
– Unlock Your Body Program for Mobility, Function & Effective Movement to reduce stiffness & pain.
– High Intensity Interval Training for maximum Calorie Burn, 24hr Boost to Metabolism & Cardiovascular Fitness.
– Zoom Class. The program changes monthly focusing on Multi-Directional Movement Patterns, Mobility & Strength.
– Metabolic Class. This is an optional extra which is attended in person at the MHS Studio.
