[NL] Warm-Up (Light cycle & stimulation prep exercises)

Use any piece of cardio equipment to get warmed-up, first (i.e. to increase blood flow, core temperature, mentally prepare for the workout, etc.).

The latter three drills are to help get the body’s senses up-regulated. Take your time to get the body prepared before adding more intensity!
