This chest and shoulder mobility series is designed to improve posture, overhead range of motion, and upper-body flexibility using just a wall and a light weight. The sequence begins by opening the pec major and pec minor to release the chest and improve scapular positioning. It then lengthens the biceps and triceps to reduce tension across the shoulder joint. Thoracic extension drills restore mobility through the upper back, setting the foundation for healthier overhead mechanics. The session continues with controlled internal and external rotation to strengthen the rotator cuff through safe ranges, and concludes with dynamic shoulder dislocations using a light implement to integrate flexibility with stability. Together, these movements enhance shoulder health, improve lifting performance, and reduce the risk of overuse injuries.
