Giant set using movements that combine dead strength and odd position strength with whole body integration.
Weight used should be something that allows control of your full range of motion and good form with a steady rhythm to the movement, but feels challenging.
You could use a sandbell/sandbag/dumbell/weight plate etc. if you don’t have a ViPR, as long as the movement pattern/intention is maintained.
