Start with feet hip-width apart and holding the band in front of you. Perform a Reverse Lunge while pulling the band apart and touching your chest. Alternate sides

Assume a Prone Quadruped Position the knees away from the ground for a few cm. Step forward with opposite hand and foot without rotating your trunk too much. Imagine you have a cup of hot tea on your back. Don't spill it out :)
