Works out the quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and core. - Maintain upright posture with a neutral spine to prevent back pain. Leaning forward at the hips can place more emphasis on the glutes - Minimize holding the hand rails as it reduces load and intensity. - Drive weight through the entirety of the foot including the heel.
