2 Minutes Meditation: Today, I would like for you to focus your intentions on being present:
1. Close your eyes.
2. Now take a deep breath through your noise and exhale through your mouth.
3. Take this time now to focus your energy on mind & body (Getting in touch with the routine you have set for your body and mind which will help you reach your goals).
4. Now let those energy flow from your head to your toes. Continue to focus on these two things breathing and flowing your routine energy from your head to toes for 2mins.
Once you have completed your meditation. Take the energy your feel and let that guide you through your workout. Peace & Love
