Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Alternately push right and left hand to the opposite side at shoulder height. Make sure the hip moves in the same direction as the hand.

Rotate the right hip backward while keeping the feet pointed forward. Extend the right hand at shoulder height and push toward the hip. Repeat on the left side.
