Treadmill – Incline Walk

Horizontal Loading

We will walk for 3 minutes at a moderate incline (3–6%) around 3.0 mph to gradually elevate heart rate and prepare the body for training.

The goal is to increase circulation, stimulate the posterior chain, and transition the client from rest into movement while maintaining low intensity (RPE 3/10).

Breathing should remain nasal and conversational.
