Standing with your feet hip's width apart, your front foot pointing forward and your back foot at a 45 degree angle and your arms at shoulder height, reach forward with a long spine, rotating your torso and sliding your front arm down the inside of your shin, elongating the body and feeling a deep stretch in the side body and hamstring of the front leg. The front leg remains in a "locked out' position, but to get out of the position, bend your front knee first.
