Mobility block for leg day

Horizontal Loading

Here is a mobility block I put together to prep a client for a leg day. I added some loaded movements as well as stretching to get the body ready for more dynamic movements as part of their leg day routine. I also included some foam rolling to stimulate the quads and loosen them up a bis as well.
