Rub and Scrub Occiput/ Skull

Rub and Scrub the tissue on the back of the head with your fingers and hands. Imagine as if you are washing the back of your hair where the back of the skull meets the neck. You can continue all over the skull. This will drive fluids to the scalp fascia and help activate the optic nerve.
