Lie on your back with legs resting on a bench.
It’s important to be comfortable, support head on a blanket if needed, neck and arms relaxed.

Inhale for four counts.
Suspend the breath for four counts.
Exhale slowly over four counts.
Suspend the breath for four counts.

Focus on sending the inhale into the side wall of your lunges, expanding the rib cage laterally.
