“Wag and Walk dog walking social day”. For a client of mine who loves dogs and owns a dog we found a social group that walk their dogs together once a month.
For GAR I want my client to go to the meet up park 20mins earlier then the rest of the group. do a 4-7-8 breathing set and some light restorative poses before they go on their light walk. they have the option to do their restorative poses after the social walk if they before or get caught up.
