Start with rub and scrub for ankles
Forced exhalation breathing, 2 reps lying on back and 2 reps on all 4’s
Calf pumps 20-30 each ankle
Wall Push (we start close to wall and step backwards with same leg as pushing hand)
Band horizontal press. Please stand perpendicular to the “anchor point” of the band, with feet together. Press band in line with your own spine, resisting the pull of the band back towards its anchor point. 10 reps each side then go for your ministry of cunny walks!
