Lie supine with upper back on yoga block, either lowest or medium height. Option to have another block under the head at the same elevation as that below shoulder blades, or a step lower if neck is uncomfortable due to limited extension of T spine or BP, vertigo issues. Arms either at the side or overhead and knees bent or straight to suit individual comfort.
