LMT (LMT) ViPR Pro Lunge to shift to sky (AS) Exercise

Squat into a low squat from feet hip width and place one hand on top of the ViPR Pro and one hand on the handle. Lift through the hips and rotate the ViPR Pro as your turn. Stay low and maintain a tall spine.
