LMT CJS Banded Monster Walks Exercise

With band above both knees, fold to a squat and turn toes inward as you point heels outwards. With each step forward lead with the heel and knee, stepping away from midline in a crescent motion. Repeat in reverse stepping backwards in the same crescent motion.
