LAR ULT T9-T10 ELDOA Exercise

* Arm externally rotated with wrist in extension while reaching 45 degrees out.
* Full extension in the knee with leg internally rotated.
* Foot in dorsi flexion with inversion.
* Heel should be slightly off the floor
* Tuck the chin slightly and crown of the head reaching toward ceiling.
