UMT Hands Type-2 Thoracic Mobilization Exercise

Follow the progression of motion for the lower thoracic spine. Remember to breathe throughout the motion and pay attention to how your body feels as you use your hands to facilitate motion through the thoracic spine.
This helps to decrease pressure in the abdominal wall and allow for more space through the thoracic spine to unload the core.
