LMT Band Step & Chest Unilateral Press Exercise

Anchor a single resistance band at chest height. Hold the band with your right hand between your body and arm. Stand with your right leg slightly forward.
To execute, inhale before stepping forward with your left leg and pressing with your right arm simultaneously. Brace your abs. Step back and repeat.
