ULT CJS Bird Dogs Exercise

In a quadruped position (all 4s) straighten one arm and the opposite leg, with straight fingers and pushing through the heel. Brace your core and pull the knee and elbow into center, keeping tension throughout the body and you extend to stretched position. Complete desired repetitions and repeat on the opposite side.
