ULT Roman chair oblique bent leg raise Exercise

1.) Start by positioning yourself on the Roman Chair with your forearms rested upon the pads, hands gripping the handles and back up against the back resting pad.(The YMCA does not have a back resting pad)

2.) Hang your feet down below you then slowly raise your knees up and across your body as far as possible to one side until you feel a stretch in your lower abs, then return back to the starting position.
