Starting with the bell on the ground in front of you while you are in a counterbalance position holding the bell, hike the bell towards upper groan area, sustaining a flat back, then thrust hips forward to a standing position while simultaneously cleaning the bell (wrist, elbow, and hip should be inline with each other. Then perform an Overhead Press (locking out the elbows while keeping a strong standing plank position).
