LMT LMT Decel: Lateral Squat “Stops” (jc) Exercise

Stand with ViPR on end. Take 1 step laterally and stop in a squat position with a quick “catch” softening with hips, knees and ankles. Simultaneously tilt the ViPR forcefully forward maintaining a long spine.
